- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund 3-weeks prior to check-in, no questions asked. If less than 3-weeks we refund your cleaning fee and City tax. All other instances are case-by-case: we will work to fill your dates and offer a 100% refund if we are able to successfully fill your dates.
