- All funds are in USA Dollars. $150.00 Rental Rate is for 2 adults. Funds must be cleared & collected prior to occupancy. Credit or Debit card payments are accepted via E-mail Invoice via Pay-Pal or other such service. . Refunds, if applicable, processed only after funds have cleared/paid by owners bank. You can reserve your dates with a 25% deposit if arrival date is, at least, 45 days away . Minimum deposit is $175.00. The balance is due 25 days prior to date of arrival or sooner. Non-receipt of balance constitutes as a cancellation (See cancellation Policy). Full payment required if reservation requested is within 45 days prior to arrival. No reservation is final until confirmed by owner. Terms and rates may vary until reservation is confirmed by owner. Note: Cleaning Fee for before your arrival and after your departure, it may vary according to your stay length.
- Cancellation policy: There is a $175.00 Cancellation Fee. There will be No REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. If a reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date the refund will exclude the $175.00 Fee. Refunds processed only after funds have cleared/paid by owner's bank/card company. IMPORTANT: 1- Please, NO pets or smoking allowed in apartment. 2- The resort charges for local consumption of their restaurant foods & drinks, Internet Access, certain sporting equipment and use, cleaning services and others such as day care services and dry cleaning.
