Deposit: 50% of total to reserve unit, payable within 5 days of telephone booking or by credit card; Balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Last minute bookings require payment in full to hold the reservation.
Cancellations: All deposits are non refundable unless property is rebooked. If a new reservation is booked at the same rate, you will be refunded the paid rental fee and the security deposit, minus a $100 processing fee.
