It is fully stocked with all the necessities to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, has full laundry facilities, and a driveway. Located in Port Orange on the beautiful and quiet Riverside Drive facing the Halifax River (Intracoastal). Has a kidney-shaped pool in the side yard that was newly renovated in 2006. The property is just 2 miles from the beach, 6 miles North of New Smyrna Beach and one mile South of South Daytona. Two public docks 1 mile away and 3 public sitting parks on the street. Popular restaurants and shopping centers are nearby. This is a quiet, secluded place to sun, relax in or by the pool, or look forward to more activities, such as swimming, surfing, fishing, boating, biking, hiking on nature trails. Notes:
The Riverside Cottage has all the amenities to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The only thing required is a quick trip to the nearby supermarket to stock the refrigerator. The cottage has central air-conditioning and heat. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking pots and bowls and the laundry room has plenty of counter-top space. The living room has a large (cable) TV and a small office nook with a desk and an Internet phone line. Outside there is a kidney-shaped pool just renovated in 2006 with two pool-side tables with umbrellas. The backyard is overlooked by a large, full-length screened porch viewing orange, tangelo, banana, and grapefruit trees and is very secluded. The beach is only two miles away!
