Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off Peak Week Starting 550
- 10% chg of Rental Rate for State of Florida Dept. of Revenue Lodging Rental Tax. Minimum Rental period is for one week I can add days but cannot rent for less than one week. $20 Fee Charged at registration by South Seas allows for on-site parking during rental period. Credit card payments are accepted through from renters with PayPal accounts for an additional 5%.
