- This unit has been professionally decorated and everything is brand new. The beds are extremely comfortable and all linens are provided. The Queen bedrooms have wall mounted 37'' LCD TV with DVD player, cable television, telephone, nine foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, they are spacious, clean and relaxing. The King suite has plenty of storage in the walk in closet and armoire, and a large window with a view of the lake. The 40'' LCD TV is fit for a King with a DVD/VCR combo. There is a PS2 gaming system that can be used on any of the TV's. Some 'rated E for everyone' or 'T for teen' games are included. There are some family friendly movies provided and there is movie rental at the club house.

Unit #5303: The elevator delivers you to your front door. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and an area for boat trailers. Boat launch. Boat slips available but must be reserved ahead of time. This property is a great getaway with something for all ages, without being 'overbuilt'. Nestled on the shore of Table Rock Lake, Paradise Point blends in with the beautiful Ozarks landscape, Consider staying during different seasons because there is something to enjoy year-round. Fall foliage can be breathtaking in the Ozarks. The small towns have fall festivals as well as Silver Dollar City's Craft's Festival and Christmas Celebration. The Branson area celebrates Ozark Mountain Christmas with light displays, special Holiday shows, and plenty of good food. There's always the huge Plasma TV for play-off time while the local shops have unbelievable end of season sales.
Private and peaceful: This unit is especially private. The balcony area has solid walls on either side and faces the lake. Being on the 3rd floor there isn't foot traffic nearby. The hustle and bustle of Branson is 10 minutes away, but this area is so peaceful you can totally relax. We have tried to provide every amenity you will need for a relaxing, fun get-away any time of the year. Golfing, shopping, boating, fishing, theme parks, shows, and restaurants are the major attractions, but consider play-off time, or a romantic get-away.
