- Our bathroom is fully stocked with all your shower needs, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, tissue. There is a sink with hair blower and night lights. All you need to bring are your own toiletries and personal items. We have a maid service available and there is a 24/7 security and H.O.A. office on the premises to help answer all your questions. We also live in the area and are ready to help at any moment. Full laundry service is available at North Coast Village. It is coin operated washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent. - Sleep the hours away on our new Simmons Queen size bed with memory foam in the Master Bedroom. The 2 futon couches in the family room pull out into full size beds. One futon has the memory foam, the other futon is a cushion padding with extended footrest pillow. Also an additional fold out bed for the family room is included for additional guest. All linens and bedding are provided. There is a remote control DVD cable TV on the wall of the master bedroom. Plenty of closet space for everyone. Our beach home is decorated in nautical theme so it really is Livin' the Best on the Beach. There is also a small playpen provided for your toddler to sleep in.
