Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel prior to final payment the $150 deposit becomes a cancellation fee and is non refundable. If you cancel after final payment is made there are no refunds unless the unit can be re-rented for the same or higher rate. A refund will be given for the amount of the new rental rate minus the rate agreed prior to the cancellation. The $150 deposit will not be returned and is a cancellation fee. - All reservations and arrangements will be done via email. Don't worry I have done it this way for years.
