Located at the southern end of Sacandaga Lake, the cottage is built for your maximum comfort and relaxation. Here are some of our favorite activities: boating, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, jet skiing, water skiing. Nearby attractions are: Great Escape (45 minutes), Saratoga Performing Arts and Saratoga Race Track (30 minutes), Coopers town baseball hall of fame (1 hour and half), Howe's Cave (1 hour). Docking space, paddle boat and canoe are provided free of charge.

The cottage is located at Southern end of Sacandaga Lake, just outside of Village of Broadalbin. The property is at the corner of Lakereview Road and Sunny Bay Road (lake side), about 350' away from the Lake. It is approx. 45 min to Great Escape, 30 min. to Saratoga Performing Arts center and Saratoga Race Track. Albany International Airport is about 45 miles.

Broadalbin Cottage Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • A deposit of $500 is required at booking. Your balance and a $500 security deposit (refundable) is due three (3) weeks prior to arrival.

    For monthly rental, a security deposit of one month rent is required at booking.
  • The rates listed are for maximum 4 guests. A surcharge of $100.00 is applicable for each extra guest.

    Change-over/check-in and out day is saturday.

    Check-in time is 2:00pm.

    Check-out time is 10:00am.

Broadalbin Cottage Details

The cottage is located 12 miles North of the city of Amsterdam, Exit 27 off the New York State Thruway. At exit 27 take right turn onto route 30 and go north approx. 9 miles, when you get to the intersection of Route 30 & 29 take a right turn onto Route 29 heading East until you come to the 1st traffic light (1mile) at the light, turn left onto Second Ave., proceed until you come to the (4) four corner intersection, turn right on to Main St. (your are now in Broadalbin N.Y.), follow Main bearing left and then, right until it becomes North St., stay on it until you come to the Y intersection, take a left onto Lakeview Rd., Go nine tenths of a mile, the driveway will be on your left. You have arrived !!!!
