Notes: Sea Watch is located on a wide three mile long beach which has been named by 'Time' as one of the ten best beaches in the world. The streets in the community are ideal for biking, walking, and jogging. Each house sits on a large lot, ranging in size from about one-half to a full acre. We are on a county run water system which provides some of the best water on the Outer Banks. Everything you need for a great family vacation is here. We have porch swings and rockers as well as a hot tub for your enjoyment on the decks. The beach is just a short walk, and we provide bikes for riding in the community or to nearby attractions which include tours of the Whalehead Hunt Club, the Currituck Lighthouse, Currituck Wildlife Museum, shopping, and many others. For those rainy days, we provide videos, games, books, and a movie theater is close by.
