South Haven House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Check in is 3 p.m. and Check out is 10 a.m.
- Terms: We require a 50% deposit of the rental rate within 10 days of booking to hold the date. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival along with a refundable security deposit of $400.00. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure. Check in is 3 p.m. and Check out is 10 a.m.
Peak Season: $1000/week.
Off-Peak Season: $1500/month. - Cancellation Policy: Should a cancellation be necessary, we charge a flat fee of $50. If the cottage can be re-booked, all funds paid will be returned. If the cottage can not be re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited except for the refundable security deposit.
