The second level features a family room with TV and sleeper sofa. There are four additional bedrooms on this floor, each with a TV and private bath. The master suite includes a king bed, whirlpool tub, spacious walk in shower and deck access. Additional features on this level include wet bar, a second laundry room and a half bathroom. After a day of fun in the sun enjoy the private pool and hot tub. The 14x24 pool and the attached hot tub can be heated upon request at a minimal cost. Just beyond the pool is an outside bar (television, stereo and surround sound) , pool/ping pong table, foosball, card table, dining table and lounge chairs.
