- One full bathroom, and two half baths, but also a very nice enclosed outdoor shower near the pool. Bedroom # 4 has one of the 1/2 baths right off of it. One of the 1/2 baths is in the 'pool room' and can only be accessed from the outside, and is shut down in the winter.

- Hardwood floors and AC in the first three bedrooms! Bedroom 4 (with the full bed) has a 1/2 bath directly off of it) This is the bedroom without AC. But you do get great cross breezes, as there is a slider, with two window opposite it. There is a fifth room in the basement with two twins. We hesitate to call it a 'bedroom' as it has low ceilings & no windows. However, it can be used for occasional guests, bringing the maximum occupancy to 10. But please note this house is most comfortable with 8 people or less. The basement bedroom is separate from the living area in the basement, that has cable TV/DVD & a couch & loveseat. The whole basement is unfinished.
