Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    * $80 cleaning fee per rental, regardless of length of stay
    * Refundable security deposit of $150 must be made within 7 days of booking Cancellations within 14 days of arrival subject to forfeit of deposit unless another booking fills time period. Balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
