Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

* $100 fully refundable security/cleaning deposit
* Double Occupancy. Add $15 each per night for the third and fourth persons.
* Full Payment due with reservation for bookings within 30 days.
* No refunds within 30 days of reservation unless property is successfully rented.
* We accept cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards via Pay Pal.
* We welcome well-behaved dogs ($25.00 pet fee). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. The security/cleaning deposit will be sacrificed if guests fail to pick up after their dogs.
* Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Guest comments: After a very chaotic 3 weeks of packing to move from CT to CA, we really needed this week of down-time in 'Shangri-la.' It's obvious much time and thought (not to mention taste) went in to creating this little paradise - we've traveled all over and this is by far the most warm, welcoming home we have had the pleasure of spending time in. It's been a pleasure meeting you. What a refreshing change having a man tending OUR every need! If our ex's were like you - we'd probably still be married! :) Apart from treasuring our wonderful memories of the Hillside Cottage - We also are thankful for making a new friend who has touched our lives in such a warm and gracious way. We shall return and will be sure to send people here to share in the beauty and wonder of this quaint little cottage. Our best to you - We will stay in touch!
