Breckenridge House Details
This 4BR/5BA home is a large three level design. The upper level boasts 1 Master Suite with King sized bed and large Master Bath Suite with jetted Spa tub. This upper level opens onto the side deck and gazebo with amazing views and connects with the Hot Tub deck one level down. The upper level also has a second bedroom/office which has a full size futon. The middle level or main level is where you will find the main entry, Living Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen. The 5th bath with Steam Shower is located at this level also and connects with the Hot Tub deck. The lower level of the home has another Master Suite and a 4rd bedroom with queen bed. A small kitchenette and 2nd laundry are on this level as well. The Master Suite at this level is huge and has a queen bed plus a double bed with twin size bunk above. The entire house is wired for the sound system and each room has it's own volume control.
Enjoy the warmth of your 2 fireplaces as you watch the snow flakes fall or enjoy the summer breezes from the three decks surrounding the house. The entertainment possibilities are endless. You'll find the accommodations nicely decorated with lots of special touches throughout including lots of extras in the gourmet kitchen; a gourmet cooks dream. Special attention is always given to making your stay a great memory. The lifestyle is one you'll remember all year long. The entire county is accessible via Summit County's free Summit Stage and the Breckenridge Town Trolley which stops just 2 blocks from the house. Just hop on and you're anywhere in the county, Keystone, or Copper Mountain, within minutes. Or, maybe you prefer shopping in Silverthorne's Factory Outlet Shops...the bargains are tempting and the bus is quick!
You'll love it in Summit County and especially in the quaint Victorian and historic town of Breckenridge. Breckenridge offers a huge variety of special functions and activities all year long. It's guaranteed, you'll want to come back over and over again because it's the ideal vacation playground and Rocky Mountain location winter or summer!
