Fountain Hills Townhome Details
Refunds/Cancellations Policy : The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation if canceled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. One half of deposit will be returned if less than 30 days notice of cancellation is given. No refunds for any cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice. We require a security deposit of $500 to hold the unit for weekly or monthly rentals, which is returned after 30 days. There is a 'Non-Refundable' Cleaning Fee of $135.00 which will be added to the cost of the rental amount. All rentals require payment in full 30 days in advance. E-mail me with any questions!
