• Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Cabin occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. You must be 21 years or older to secure reservation at any at Potter's Inn at Aspen Ridge property. 50% deposit is required at booking. Rental fees for reservations are due in full 60 days in advance of the date on which the reservation begins. Rental fees for reservations made less than 60 days in advance are due in full at the time the reservation is made. Reservations shall not be transferred or assigned without the consent of Potter's Inn at Aspen Ridge. There is a 15% cancellation fee for cancellations made 60 days before the start of the reservation.
• No refund of paid reservation will be made unless cancellation request is made at least 60 days prior to the date on which the reservation begins and will be refunded with less than 60 days notification only when the cabin is re-rented. Charges will be made for any broken or missing items and for any damages to furnishings and equipment in the amount necessary to replace and/or repair said items. An additional cleaning charge will be made if any unusual or excessive cleaning is required when the tenant has checked out. All rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Local calls are free from cabin phone, access to long distance calls is only available with the use of tenants' calling cards.
