If you cancel for any reason after we have provided confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the unit is re-rented (and then, less a 10% service charge). The earlier you inform us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. Forecasted cloudy or rainy weather is a part of life. Unless local authorities call for a mandatory evacuation of Harbor Island, before or during your stay, your reservation remains in effect. Failure to arrive (no shows) will be charged the full rental amount and there are no refunds for early departure except for mandatory evacuations.

Harbor Island Condo Details
Our ground-floor condo has easy access to the beach and pool from both the front and back doors. The unit sleeps six with a queen-sized bed, a sleeper sofa, and a futon. We recently painted the entire interior, choosing a pleasant beach theme to help you unwind and relax. We also replaced the stove, refrigerator, washer & drier, couch and loveseat, mattress set, bedroom furniture, and added local artwork and photography. From the private deck off the living room, one has a view of the ocean, palm trees, dunes, and a swimming pool, lawn, and other villas. A boardwalk leads from the deck directly to the beach--a 60-second walk over untouched dunes. Hunting Island State Park (next island) is home to abundant wildlife, nature trails, and the only lighthouse in S.C. open to the public.
In the mood for some sightseeing and shopping? There's plenty to do nearby. Historic and charming Beaufort is a 20-minute drive, and Savannah and Charleston are both just an hour's drive. Unless you are planning on doing your own crabbing, shrimping, and fishing, stop at one of the fresh seafood businesses between Beaufort and Harbor to buy the freshest, most delicious seafood imaginable! Harbor Island is an unspoiled island paradise, a perfect vacation place for the whole family where one can leave the crowds behind and relax comfortably in a beautiful natural setting.
