Lots to do, golf, fishing, hiking, snorkeling, bird & whale watching, swimming in the hot ponds, surfing, horse back riding, site seeing at volcano or waterfalls, or just have a massage at the ocean! Hawaiian Paradise Park is located 15 minutes outside of Hilo. Our home in Hawaii Paradise Park is surrounded by Ohia and Ironwood trees with the Pacific Ocean a few steps from the property across the street. This is a very quiet and peaceful area with other vacation renters and retirees nearby. Great location for Volcanoes National Park exploring, old town Hilo, surf and swimming spots and the Puna District. Walk to nearby tidepools or stroll the shoreline cliffs. Visit volcano, Botanical gardens, Akaka Falls, Rainbow falls, See large sea turtles at Richardson Bay, swim at hot ponds, visit Lava Tree State Park. Great spot to stay in for the Merry Monarch Festival held in April every year or local music and food fests. You can hear the ocean waves along the shoreline at night or maybe a passing rain shower to lull you to sleep. This area is the best kept secret on the Big Island. Half the amount of rain than Hilo, lots and lots of sunny days! Experience a taste of old Hawaii!

Great location for taking walks along the coast for whale and turtle watching, a drive up to Volcanoes National Park or stroll the quaint streets of Pahoa or Hilo. Lots of restaurants nearby, snorkeling areas, swim beaches within 15 minutes, hiking trails, or try fishing one block away at the ocean. How about a massage on the lanai after a long hike? Anything is possible here in Paradise.

Golf: Golf located all over the Big Island. Beautiful courses both in Kona and in the Hilo side. Rates vary. Golf is alot more reasonable priced on the Hilo side.
