Las Gaviotas House Summary

Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with private beach, pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court and shuffleboard board located just 30 minutes south of the San Diego/Tijuana border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, bougainvillea, beautiful gardens, and gorgeous blue ocean make it truly spectacular! The complex has an exceptional surfing beach. In addition, world class golf courses are nearby, along with Fox Studios, spas, horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping. The complex is gated an guarded 24 hours a day by English speaking security guards. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just one row back from the beach and has captivating views from the deck, living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are extremely large and each contains a full bath and ceiling fans.

Just 20 miles south of the border, Las Gaviotas is a fabulous ocean front community. It contains an awesome private surfing beach, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a shuffleboard court, oceanside pool & hot tub. In addition, the complex is gated and guarded 24 hours a day. It is located approximately 1 mile north of Puerto Nuevo, the lobster village and 5 miles south or Rosarito.

  • The upstairs of the house contains two large bedrooms, each with full size attached bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, and fabulous large balcony with barbecue. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own personal bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and outstanding views of the ocean. It also contains it's own personal bathroom. The third bedroom is a suite and is located downstairs with its own private entrance, private full-size bathroom, and sitting area. All bedrooms are extremely large and have ceiling fans.
