The building carries a rustic flair since it was built in the early seventies, has three floors and only 18 units in total. It stands on pilings due to its ocean front location. The unit is situated on the second floor and has assigned parking for 4 vehicles (three under the building and one in front). Family rentals only. Rentals are Sat. to Sat.
