You will love this charming 3 bedroom Lake Lanier house:it is large on amenities. Less than an hour from Metro-Atlanta, you will be 50 easy yards from Deep Water and a private floating 2-story dock outfitted with picnic table, lounge chairs and grill on the party deck and a slip waiting for your boat. To enjoy the lake you will find a paddle boat that is great fun on the quiet inlet. The fishing is great too! This is an inviting house, with its beachy decor, open great room, and fun family room and has sleeping for 12: one of the 3 Bedrooms is a bunk room, with 5 twin beds. The lake house also boasts gorgeous views from the three levels of outdoor living space, one of which hosts a relaxing HOT TUB. You'll be looking out onto an uninhabited island and big water in either direction.

Lake Lanier is a great choice for your getaway for so many reasons. It is a beautiful lake, with coves and creeks and islands and big water each of which is ideal for your different activities: skiing, paddling, swimming, fishing, relaxing, cruising and enjoying the views. Around the lake, you can go horseback riding, dine by the water or enjoy Lake Lanier Islands for some exciting water fun. This house is less than an hour north on GA 400 from Hotlanta, home to Six Flags, Stone Mountain Park, the Braves and Falcons, and a great airport. However, turn north and you will soon find yourself in the North Georgia Mountains where parks, rafting, waterfalls, hiking and exploring nature is abundant. Because you are between the best of both worlds, you are surrounded by top notch golf, shopping, dining and entertainment. This is why you will find that Lake Lanier is Georgia's playland.

- The master bedroom has a large window looking over that lake, a TV and lots of extra floor space. The kids room has a TV and playstation with a few games. Also, there are two futons in the walk-out basement family room that can be used for sleeping. We also have a pack and play at the house.

You will find quite a few things to make your stay and your packing really enjoyable no matter what season you visit. Of course, your conveniences include all linens and utensils. The main level porch has dining for 8, a gas grill, many comfy chairs and a chiminea. Inside, you are welcome to use the pack and play, toys, the large and small coolers, beach towels and the Phillips Micro theater and amplifier to enjoy your I-pod tunes anywhere in the house. Outside there are plenty of chairs on all the porches and the dock, some floats and the peddle boat with life jackets. Your vacation will be full of fun and activities and we want to make sure you have everything you need.
