- Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.
- A rental deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. The balance due plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Funds may be paid by us check. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is prior to 90 days of the arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 90 days of scheduled arrival. However, if cancellation is due to Hurricane we will give full credit toward another date.
- Weekly reservations are based on 6 nights and 7 days. Discounted monthly pricing is available.
