Great Exuma Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit.
- Half of the rental rate, plus $500 deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. An exit cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. Funds may be paid by us check, wire transfer or paypal.
The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is prior to 90 days of the arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 90 days of scheduled arrival. However, if cancellation is due to Hurricane we will give full credit toward another date. - Long term discounts available.
