Belle Moons – Donald House Rates:
• $550.00 per night for up to 8 guests on Fridays & Saturdays.
• $450.00 per night for up to 8 guests Sundays thru Thursdays.
• 3 nights minimum stay at all times.
• Additional guests (children = 2) @ $25.00 per child, maximum of 10 people.
• 20% Discount for a stay of 7 or more nights.
• Refundable Security deposit of $500.00
• Cleaning fee of $100.00
• 9% Sonoma County transient tax shall be added to rental rate. - We have several Belle Moons homes so make sure to open website to pick which house you are inquiring about.

Sonoma House Details
Belle Moons - Donald House: Generously sized three-bedroom, two-bath contemporary, loft-style, view home on a gated 2.63 acres. It is located within minutes via walking, biking or driving to downtown Sonoma Plaza. The grounds are artistically landscaped and maintained by gardeners. At the front door entrance, one opens into the first level with an immense volume of high ceiling living and dining room space which continues into the kitchen. Windows on 3 sides give you clear views of Sonoma Valley. Furnishings are a mix of modern and traditional classics. All linens and towels are 100% cotton with high thread counts. The living room has comfy chairs, tables, lights and the sofa has a queen size pull-out bed. The dining table is large enough for 10 and a fun squeeze for 12. The first bedroom is on the first level with a queen bed. Next to it is a shower stall bathroom. The second level has the master bedroom with a king bed and a large walk-in closet.
