Due to liability, the MINIMUM AGE to book the guest house is 25 years old - Payment balance is due 30 days before arrival. Full refunds will be given for cancellations 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after 30 days but before one week will be given a full refund minus the $50.00 deposit. Cancellations after 7 days will be refunded 50% of the paymnet.
Check in is 4pm or later, unless arrangements have been made.
Check out is 11 am unless prior arrangements have been made.
