Fort Myers Condo Details
For non-golfers there are three swimming pools available for use including (1) a private pool for condo tenants right next to the unit; (2) a Clubhouse Pool right next to the Fitness Center, Tennis Courts and Library; and (3) a Lodge Pool which includes a Tiki Bar and food service. The Lodge also houses pool tables and a recreation area. There are playgrounds available for children as well. The community grounds are ideal for walking; jogging; and bike riding with beautiful scenery The Clubhouse Restaurant is a fine-dining establishment yet reasonably priced, with a fully stocked bar and entertainment on certain evenings. For off-peak season renters: you are entitled to play several other outstanding golf courses as part of our reciprocal program. The greens fees are unbelievably low for the quality of these courses which are not open to the general public. Rental fees are negotiable.
