Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We offer 2 units:
1 bedroom rate = $695 per wk (+ ME tax)
Studio rate = $725 per wk (+ ME tax)
Nightly rate (3 night minimum) is $125 per night (+ ME tax)
3 - 4 night reservations for stays between July 1-September 1, accepted after June 15 only
RATES are for 2-person occupancy (max 4 persons)
Additional guests (limit of 2) are $10 pp-per night however children (limit of 2) under 15 stay free
Additional nights added to 1-week stay are discounted by $25.00 per night
Changeover day is Saturday from June 29 - September 1
A DEPOSIT (by credit card) equal to 1/2 the TOTAL rental rate is required when reservation is made with balance due 2-wks prior to check-in date
Reservations made less than 1-month prior to check-in date must be paid in full (by credit card) when reservation is made
Deposits/payments on reservations will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your reservation
There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations
