- Relax at the end of the day in our master suite with its own full private bath and television. Our guest bedroom has two twin beds, and also has a television. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two adults very comfortably. There is also a television in the living room.

Folly Field Condo Details
Inside The Villa:: Our villa was remodeled from top to bottom with all new carpet, flooring, paint, appliances, furniture, and decorations! The villa has: Two bedrooms Two full baths Living room Dining room Kitchen Outside patio/balcony We equipped our villa with everything you could possibly need during your stay: 3 TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo system, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, blender, blow dryer, iron & Ironing board, towels, linens, family games, etc. We even have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a beach buggy in each villa for you to take to down to the ocean. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family & friends to have fun and play in the sun!!! Our resort has its own private 400 yard boardwalk that leads to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island! (A 5 minute walk or 3 second shuttle ride) Our beach area is great for finding sand dollars and starfish. The little ones love finding treasures on the beach!
At The Resort:: With both indoor and outdoor pools, our resort is truly a resort for all seasons. No matter what the weather, there is a place to have fun in the water. Our indoor pool area also has a kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, running track and exercise equipment area. When you want to go to the beach, you can either walk on our 400 yard private boardwalk, or ride on the resort's golf cart shuttle. Since our beach access is private, our beach area is very secluded and never crowded. Our resort's cabana bar & grille, Coco's On The Beach' is open from Spring through Late Fall. You can buy food and beverage there, and enjoy a snack or casual lunch/dinner while watching the ocean, dolphins, boats, etc. The cabana bar also has private restrooms for our guests. WI-FII is available at the outdoor pool, indoor pool, deli and Coco's.
Other Activities: We recommend bringing or renting bikes. There are bike paths right in front of our resort that take you all over the island!
