Weaverville House Summary

This adorable cottage is nestled into the mountainside and offers privacy as well as pastoral mountain views. Located on a quiet and peaceful country road, yet only 5 mins. from I-26. Apprx.20 min. from Asheville and only 10 min. from both the Reems Creek semi-public golf club and Mars Hill College which features theater productions and concerts. Mars Hill offers an indoor heated pool and an outdoor recreational pool. Visitors are welcome to attend sports events or to stroll along the grounds of this lovely college. 'Just Enough' is located apprx. 20 min. from the Wolf Laurel Ski Resort. Locally, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Craggy Gardens may be accessed over dirt road during the summer.

The living area offers pleasant relaxation with cable TV/DVD, kitchen and dining areas. A sliding door opens onto the covered deck where you may see grazing Angora Goats and view a mountaintop in the background. A picnic table and grill are provided for outdoor enjoyment. Surely this is 'just enough' for a relaxing mountain 'getaway' for a few days or more. See our other vacation rentals which are all within walking distance of each other and can accommodate a combined total of 32 people.
