Late inquiries will be entertained if facility is available. Refund possible depending on lead time and if no other parties have been turned away prior to check in date. No security deposit refund allowed for cancellations prior to 3 weeks of check in date.
- Monthly renters will be assessed $150/mth for utility charges and additional cleaning fees.
Payment via checks are preferred. Credit card payments will be assessed transaction fee of 4%.

Clean and quiet place. We really enjoyed it and will recommend this place to our friends!' 'Great price for what we get. This location worked out well for us since we visited Hilo and Kona. We really appreciated the serene environment of this cottage that allowed us to relax after a full day of sightseeing or swimming in Kona'. 'Thanks for using your cottage as a vacation rental! We welcome the beautiful sunrise views over the horizon each morning. This turned out to be better than what we expected!'
