Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- rates are based on 2 persons. Subject to change and are not inclusive of tax and cleaning fees.
- $250 refundable security deposit to be received within 5 working days to secure reservations. Rental payment due 45 working days prior to check in date. $150 fee for cancellation before rental payment due date. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
Payment via checks are preferred. U.S. credit card payment will incur a fee. Foreign credit card payment will be assessed additional currency conversion and handling fee.
We do not advertise on Craig's list. - We welcome long term renters. Monthly renters will be assessed utility charges and additional cleaning fees. Amount depends on number of persons in cottage and length of stay. Until confirmed, rental rate is subject to change.
