Isla Mujeres House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental Charges: Are due in full 60 days prior to arrival. All reservations require 50% of the rental fee upon reserving the property, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Confirmed Reservations: Your reservation is deemed confirmed after we receive the signed confirmation; payment and a copy of your driver’s license (please make sure your picture is legible)
Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your reservation within 7 days of making the reservation to receive a full refund. If you cancel after 7 days, there will be a $750.00 cancellation fee.
Security Deposit: The security deposited of $300.00 will be refunded within four weeks if there has been no damage to the property.
