Glendale Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are subject to change, and may be negotiable, please call owner.
- Security Deposit is $495, or equal to rent if staying less than five days, and is refundable within ten days of check-out after passing check-out inspection. If security deposit is used to hold reservation, and reservation is cancelled, and condo does not get rented out for that time period, it is non-refundable; if condo does get rented out for that time period, the deposit will be refundable minus $50.00 cancellation fee. There is a $50 cleaning deposit/fee which is refundable if condo is left 'move in' ready for the next guests. Taxes are 2%. Fees quoted are cash/check discount prices, and regular charge card prices are a flat $50 higher.
- Rent is due at time of booking, and if reservation is cancelled by renter, there is no refund unless condo gets rented out for that time period. There will be a $50 cancellation fee. If condo only rents for part of the reserved time, refund will be prorated based on how many days it was rented out. It is highly recommended that renters get traveler/vacation insurance in case it becomes necessary to cancel due to an emergency.

- There are TVs and DVD players in both bedrooms. The master bed has 600 count luxury sheets and pillowcases, fluffy pillows and a walk in closet. A crib would be available if needed, and the sofa in living room is a sleeper. The two chairs in the living room are recliners, and their are comfy, soft throws throughout the house for your enjoyment. A very comfortable cot is also available which could up the sleeping availability to seven.
