Deposit is refundable within ten days after passing check-out inspection.
- Rent is due three months before check-in, (four months for peak season) unless reservation is made closer to check-in date, then it is due at time reservation is made. There is no refund if cancellation is necessary unless condo gets rented out for that time period, and will be minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. If it only rents part of the time, refund will be prorated based on how many days of the time period condo rented for.

- There are TVs and DVD players in both bedrooms. The master bed has 600 count luxury sheets and pillowcases, fluffy pillows and a walk in closet. A crib would be available if needed, and the sofa in living room is a sleeper. The two chairs in the living room are recliners, and their are comfy, soft throws throughout the house for your enjoyment. A very comfortable cot is also available which could up the sleeping availability to seven.

Glendale Condo Details
In comparison to neighboring hotels and resorts, this condo has breathtaking views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. It has a see-through fireplace for enjoyment from living room and dining room, three televisions, three DVD players, and just about anything else it needs to make it just like home. It doesn't have the internet yet, however, it might be coming depending on what the demand is from renters. Until then, there is internet access at Paradise Bakery less than a half mile away, and owners would try to accommodate renters needing the internet by allowing access to theirs at home. Fishing is right off the balcony, or a short walk around the building. There are many golf courses within short driving distances, beautiful mountain hiking less than two miles away, and nearby parks with tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds. Owners are open to any suggestions for ways to make your vacation all you dream it could be.
