Las Gaviotas House Summary
Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with private beach, pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court and shuffleboard court located just 30 minutes south of the border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, bougainvillea, beautiful gardens and gorgeous blue ocean make it truly spectacular! The complex has an exceptional surfing beach. In addition, world class golf courses are nearby, along with Fox studios, several spas, horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping. The complex is gated and guarded 24 hours a day by English speaking security guards. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just one row back from the beach and has captivating views from the master bedroom and living room. All bedrooms are extremely large! The house is rented as a 3 bedroom on the top floor with the downstairs 1 bedroom apartment for a total of 4 bedrooms. For extra large groups, you can also rent our 3 bedroom house next door, 'Villa Tortuga', property # 157300.

Just 20 miles south of the border, Las Gaviotas is a fabulous ocean front community. It contains an awesome private surfing beach, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a shuffleboard court, pool, and hot tub. In addition, the complex is gated and guarded 24 hours a day. It is located approximately 1 miles north of Puerto Nuevo, the lobster village and 5 miles south of Rosarito.

The second bedroom hosts a double bed and three single beds while the third bedroom contains a queen bed.
