Rates vary according to time of year, number of guests and length of stay - Also on the property and separated by a courtyard is a 300 sq. ft. casita, with a fully-equipped kitchen and bath, and the caretaker's cottage. In addition, each level of the main house may be rented separately, if desired. The casita sleeps 2 comfortably and may be rented separately or with the main house.

There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from Casa Ultima. There is also a small market nearby and a German bakery truck that delivers fresh bread and pastries to your door twice weekly. Tamarindo is only a short drive or beach walk and water taxi away. There you will find many dining, shopping and banking choices along with spa services for your enjoyment.
