* My husband and I also own a third floor villa that was also renovated in November 2007. If you would rather be on the top floor on the condo, please let me know and I can check the availability on that unit for you. I give discounts for the 3rd floor villa b/c there are not any elevators (summer only).
The third floor villa also has a new kitchen, baths, flooring bedding, mattresses and is freshly painted. The villa also has TV/DVDs in each bedroom as well as a new 24' flat screen TV in the living area. There is also secured wireless Internet in this villa as well - just bring your laptop!
My availability calendar does reflect both villas. If a week is booked, it means that both villas are occupied. If the week(s) that you are looking at are open, please email or call me and I will let you know which villa is currently available.

Both villas have been child-proofed with outlet protectors.

Folly Field Villa Details
The kitchen is fully equipped and has been completely renovated. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the cozy covered, private balcony. We also have a box of little extras in the unit that includes beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We will also entertain long term rentals. Half of the balance for weekly rentals is due upon booking, the other half is due thirty days prior to your arrival. I will mail you out a confirmation letter which confirms all rental information. Fiddler's Cove does not permit pets. I have an on-site property manager, so, if you have any questions or problems while you are on vacation - Valerie will take care of everything for you! No worries! Your vacation will be perfect! Check out the comments from my past guests and rent from me with confidence.
I also have a beach buggy in the villa for your use during your stay in the villa.
