Phone in this bedroom for local calls. Sunroom has new queen size sofa couch with Oriental carpet with views to outside patio deck. Patio deck has glass table with 6 chairs. Fully furnished Kitchen has just been remodeled with teak cabinets and limestone floors. Dining room table can seat up to 8 people. The large living room has new leather couch and chair with views to the ocean while sitting to watch TV on a large screen. Wood burning fireplace in living room.

La Jolla is one the top vacation destinations. From beautiful surf to gorgeous sunsets. So much to do within walking distance or a short drive. This property is located in an excellent neighborhood in La Jolla. Very quiet but also very close to action if that is what you want. It's not your downtown madness of La Jolla or La Jolla Shores. Traffic problems and lot of tourists are not an issue as in downtown or the Shores.
