Check-in between 4:00 PM EST and 5:00 PM EST unless previously arranged. Check-out by 11:00 AM EST. Sales tax and cleaning fee not included in above rates. Due to limited parking and local ordinances, this property is not suitable for parties or gatherings beyond the occupancy limitation. No rental is confirmed and occupancy will not take place without receipt of signed rental agreement and deposit. Occupancy and auto limits will be strictly enforced.
