Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Night rates range from $275 to $365 per night plus taxes and fees
- Night rates for stays less than 1 week or longer than 1 week
3 night stay $365 per night plus taxes and fees
4 night stay $355 per night plus taxes and fees
5 night stay $345 per night plus taxes and fees
6 night stay $335 per night plus taxes and fees
7-8 night stay $325 per night plus taxes and fees
9-14 night stay $319 per night plus taxes and fees
15 - 20 night stay $295 per night plus taxes and fees
21+ night stay $275 per night plus taxes and fees
Credit card convenience fee applied to all rentals when credit card is used. No charge for using personal check.
$500 fully refundable damage deposit required.
Covered parking available $15/day through owner.
Seasonal minimums and holiday rates (add 10%) apply. Minimum stay over holidays 1 week. - 40% holding deposit required to book a date.
Final payment (other 60% of rent, taxes, parking if taken and security deposit) due 60 days prior to rental.
Cleaning fee to be left in condo upon departure.
Mid stay cleaning required for stays 3 weeks or longer.
Parking available through owner for $15 per day
