Lovely home located on a private island. Front of home faces Black Lake, bedrooms face Black River, kitchen and entrance is facing a wildlife channel and the forth side faces a wooded lot. Home is located at the mouth of the upper Black River. Fish for walleye, perch, or bass from the yard. Sturgeon swim within 5 feet of breakwall. The wildlife channel is a great place for a must have canoe ride. View mink, otter, and muskrats swimming in the Lily pads. The lake side offers a great place for swimming, napping in the hammock, sunbathing, enjoying the million dollar view, or light up the fire pit and roast marshmallows while enjoying the peace and quiet. The river side has boat docking for three boats.

Black Lake House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $900.00-$1100.00 per week.
  • $900.00-$1100.00 per week.
    Spring and fall rates are $900.00 per week. Weekends rental available spring and fall for $200.00 per night.
  • $500.00 security charge to hold reservation. Rental paid in full at least one month prior to arrival. No cleaning fee is charged if home and property are left in clean condition. Security deposit is returned after departure, if no damage to property and home is properly cleaned. If damage is done, charges will be deducted.
