A Hollywood-style private movie theater with bar and seating for nine is on the bottom floor was installed in 2005 by a professional design firm. It has tremendous sound. This is a five bedroom home, with total accommodations to comfortably sleep up to 12-14 guests. There are five bathrooms, a commercial-grade kitchen, commercial grade laundry facilities, and a gas barbecue just outside the deck.
