Truro Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- I will discount $100.00 per week for any additional week(s) hired.
- When requesting to rent a week(s) I will place that time period on 'tentative' status for 10-days pending a deposit of $250 $500 depending on the rental season period. I will send a emailed invoice. All balances due must be paid 90-days prior to rental week(s). If balances due are left un paid, your deposit may be forfeited. Reservations may be cancelled, upon written request no less than 90-days prior to your reservation.
Secruity deposits of $250.00 may be requested for first time guests. Security deposits will be returned by mail within 10-days of your departure, provided no damage, or breakage, or significant state of uncleanliness is noted. The Sea Shack is presented to you upon arrival in a high state of cleanliness. We ask that you leave The Sea Shack reasonably clean upon departure. We'll leave a broom, and dustpan to assist you. If damage, or breakage is noted, fair item value will be deducted from your secruity deposit. As always we appreciate your cooperation. - We accept personal checks, cash, or money orders.

Guests are requried to bring pillow cases,and sheets, towels. We limit occupancy to 4-persons only. If you are travelling a great distance, or from overseas we can arrange to have these items for you.
