Houghton Lake Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning Fee $35. Min or 10.Day $100.or 20.Day Max Refundable if you clean. Not if we clean.
- Cleaning fee added to each rental of 35.00
Reservation deposit is 50.00 per night and due at the time reservation is made.
Damage Deposit is required of $200.00 for weekly rentals Refundable if no damage to the premise.
Pet Deposit 100.00. Refundable if no damage or doo-doo left. Non refundable if we clean up doo-doo or damage.
Pet Fee 5.00 day Max 2 with advance reservation.
Cancellation of reservation must be made 30 days in advance, if not you will be charged the full reservation rate - 6 person Pop-up available for weekly rental only! 100.00
2 canoes and a row boat avail. at 20.00 ec.per day or $75..00 wk. or all 3 for $150.00 wk.
Screen pop-up tent available for $25.00 Wk. for weekly only You set up.
