Pelican Point is a peaceful retreat that is nestled on Chimney Creek and has a private dock! It is 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and 15 miles from historic Savannah. You can also visit Fort Screven and the world famous Tybee Lighthouse, the only working lighthouse in Georgia. Just across the bridge visit historic Fort Pulaski. If history interests you or ghost stories there is plenty to see and learn in Savannah, just a short drive, which was Georgia's first city. You can enjoy all there is to do in the area and come 'home' and enjoy the quietness and tranquility offered at the house. You can relax on the dock or go fishing and crabing. The house is finely furnished and well supplied. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 3 Night Minimum Stay Only! NO EXCEPTIONS!
    Off Season .. Oct 01-Mar 14 .. $135/night .. $875/week, 3 night minimum.
    In Season .. Mar 15-Sep 30 .. $190/night, if a 3 night stay. $180/night, if a 4-6 night stay .. $1250/week, 7 night stay.
    $75 exit/cleaning fee. $250 refundable sec. dep. (unless paying by credit card).
    $250 reservation deposit required -balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    To make reservations please call (912) 748-4452. Price listed is for maximum of 4adults plus children. Any adults over that is upon special consideration.
