Located in Rendezvous, which is the most exclusive development in the Winter Park area this cabin features outstanding views of the Winter Park valley and Mount Byers. It is a three story mountain residence with all the amenities and tastefully mountain decorated. Perfect for families who prefer the amenities of a first class home and proximity to the ski area and Winter Park town. A heated two car garage allows renters a convenient place to store skis and ski boots and assures a warm vehicle each morning for that drive to the ski area which is less than 10 minutes away. The cabin also has a wonderful hot tub located just outside the downstairs master bedroom and is covered by the main floor wrap around porch which keeps you from having to walk into the snow. The cabin has wired and wireless internet, full satellite service including premium channels, plasma TV over the gas fireplace and a complete home theater experience to unwind with after a long day on the slopes.

Fraser Cabin Details

Absolutely no pets, no smoking in the cabin is allowed. This is our second home, not a full time rental unit. We rent it to families who will care for the property as their own and we strictly limit the number of times the cabin is rented throughout the year to maintain its quality and our own enjoyment of the property. We also strongly recommend that folks rent a four wheel drive vehicle for any winter or spring stay. The cabin has a sloped driveway and though it is cleared regularly ice can and does accumulate which will prevent two wheel drive vehicles from accessing the driveway. The entire community roads are snow cleared but this is a mountain town that receives frequent and heavy snows in the winter and spring.
