Wellfleet Cottage Summary

Experience quaint Wellfleet in this cozy cottage nestled in the woods. Enjoy cathedral ceilings in the living room, 1st floor bedroom and in the upstairs loft. The living room has all leather furnishings with a great fireplace and a spiral staircase leads up to a beautiful sleigh bed in the loft. Cook in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen or grill (gas) outside on the deck. Relax and enjoy the view on the nicely furnished back deck or take a leisurely stroll on the woodsy boardwalk that surrounds a small pond (this pond is not for swimming) A small walkway connects the deck to the boardwalk. Both living room and the 1st floor bedroom have cable TV with VCR or DVD players. A large selection of DVD and VHS movies are available. This cottage is only a couple minutes from the ocean side or bay side beaches and freshwater ponds! Comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the loft and 2 twins in the 1st floor bedroom. Max Occ.4 A coin operated W & D is located in the club house.

Just a few minutes drive from this cottage and you'll find Welfleet's beautiful ocean and bay side beaches plus numerous refreshing, clear, spring-fed ponds. Town center offers a quaint rural seaside charm with artists, galleries, shops and restaurants. The harbor is a constantly changing panorama of sailboats, motor yachts, sport fishing boats and trawlers. Some of Cape Cod's finest ocean surf casting are found here. Also well-known for its plentiful supply of shellfish, including the famous 'Wellfleet Oyster'. Take a ride on the Cape Cod Bike Rail Trail. The trail follows a former 1800's railroad right-of-way for 22 wide paved surface miles (the trail is only about a 1/2 mile away from this cottage) Make sure to stop along the trail and visit the beaches, ponds or have lunch. Don't forget to check out the largest Flea Market on the cape. For a family night out visit Wellfleet's 1950’s style Drive-In Cinema or head to the Beachcomber nightclub for drinks, food and dancing!
