Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Jan 1 - June 21 - $ 135/night, 2-night minimum
June 21 - June 28 - $ 1,000/week

Weekly rates are Sunday to Sunday. 11 AM check-out, 3 PM check-in. Damage/excess cleaning deposit of $200 required. This is an as-you-find it rental: leave it in the same condition that you find it and there will be no cleaning charge. Tenant supplies linen and paper products. Daily reservations must be paid in full in advance. Weekly reservations require a 50% deposit and balance due 30 days before check-in. Personal checks accepted until 30 days before the reservation date.
