- With ten people, everyone gets a bed. A sleeper sofa is available for two more if needed. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized custom built solid walnut bed, full sized dresser and TV, a separate sitting area, and its own private veranda with hammock. Open the window and listen to the surf at night. The master bathroom has a separate whirlpool tub and two-head shower along with his-and-her vanities. The other three bedrooms (one of which is on the first floor) each have custom built queen-sized beds, chest of drawers, and individual full sized TVs. A nautical-style bunk bed alcove is a place where the kids will beg to sleep. The third floor tower has the sleeper sofa and, of course, its own private deck.

Carillon Beach House Details
If the sun gets too intense, just move around to the rear deck where even more comfortable furniture awaits you, along with a dining table for outdoor meals in the shade. The full sized kitchen has granite countertops and enough equipment for our extended family to have Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners there each year. The dining table seats eight people and the four-person bar allows seating for the rest. Winn-Dixie and Publix are both within walking distance by making it easy to stock up your kitchen or run out for that key ingredient you forgot at the last minute.
The living room has three separate sitting areas so everyone can have their own ‘space’. One is at the entertainment center where the TV, CD, DVD, VCR, and stereo are located. Another area is in front of the fireplace where real wood logs can be burned. The third area is a game area where the checkerboard is always ready to go. Feel free to enjoy our family’s games already there, including Trivial Pursuit, Tribond, Scrabble, Ultimate Outburst, and Rummikub. You might even try a jigsaw puzzle or two. You are also welcome to check out our library. If you don’t get finished before you have to leave, take it with you. We just ask that you leave one in its place so others will also be able to enjoy them. Once you exit our house through the picket fence gate, we hope your biggest decision is whether to turn left to head for the beach or turn right for one of the three pools. Either way, they are both only a few steps away.
