On the 1st floor is the kitchen with all new appliances and lighting, half bath room, family/sitting room with new propane stove for chilly Maine nights, ceiling fan and large windows to enjoy the stunning views of Mount Desert Island. Sliding glass doors lead to the backyard and the ocean. The second floor has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise in the mornings. Fully renovated full bath with tub and shower. The laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this floor. The third floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a brand new bathroom with a shower. This floor also has a large family room with a refrigerator and games --perfect for afternoon tea, watching the sunset or enjoying evening activities. This room also has a queen-sized pull-out sofa.
