A $265.00 cleaning fee applies to each rental and includes tax. Hawaii state tax of 11.96% is applied to each rental. A $1,000 (USD) refundable Security Deposit is required but refunded upon check out, provided no loss or damage has occurred beyond normal wear and tear. If electrical overages occur, a bill will be provided by Hawaiian Electric detailing the charges and provided to the guests with actual charges. -
